“Superb location & helpful staff”
The location was superb, the staff were incredibly helpful and the tours were well-priced. They provided us with Sunil as our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the area. We were very pleased with the tours and the hotel.

“Stay here!”
The location and building are the best. An oasis in varanasi. If feels authentic and good toward tourists. The restaurant staff are excellent. Can’t wait to stay there again

“Life long wonderful memories made in varanasi”
The location and the staff were incredible thwy helped us with everything we needed from transport boat rides and walking tours. Could not have asked for anything more. We stayed during Shivaratti an amazing experience

“Great last minute find.”
The staff were so friendly and accommodating to all my requests . I spent the first 2 days not leaving the hotel due to illness, but still had a very good experience of Varanasi. The restaurant was definitely good enough, so handy being right there. Great views

“Great location but in need of freshening up”
Overwhelmingly the location. It is 2 mins walk to important ghats and evening ceremony. The fact that they assisted us getting there and departing by carrying our bags for at least 15 mins to and from our transport through crowded alleys swarming with people. Reception staff were always helpful

“You will risk your life here by getting electrocuted in the room's toilet.”
We got electric shocks from touching the taps and the bidet in the room's toilet. Our family stayed in the annex building. We felt electric shocks in both our rooms in the annex building. We highlighted to the staff who took 1 whole afternoon to look into the problem but the very next day the electric shocks came back. Extremely dangerous especially if people are staying alone in the rooms without anyone to save them. We stayed at rooms 21 and 22.
