It is a pathetic hotel with a pathetic staff and scammers, we had done the pre-booking payment for 3 days through FabHotels but they lied and gave us no room for 2 days. Such a bad experience and such a rude staff. Also, FabHotels have a history of shitty hotels and taking no responsibility. So disappointed.

“Negative”
Terrible experience. Extremely dirty hotel: sheets and bed with black and yellow stains, dirty blankets, and a bad smell. I even found a spider in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The room was freezing cold, and I was asked to pay extra money to have a small heater. There was no hot water at all: only cold water came out of the shower. I changed rooms several times, but the problems were always the same. I had booked 10 nights, but I was forced to leave the hotel the next day because of the filthy conditions. I asked for a refund and also sent photos as proof of the disgusting situation, but initially not a single night was refunded. Only after leaving multiple negative reviews and contacting Booking.com did I finally receive a partial refund of 60%. I still feel cheated. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Absolutely do not pay in advance, because they will not give your money back unless you fight for it.

“No Booking Confirmation”
Payment link never went through.They never confirmed.Calling and texting on WhatsApp did not help.Manager simply asked to cancel the booking.I had to make last minute other reservation.

The room that is displayed is false. The washroom condition is very poor. No flow of water from the washroom shower and in one room the shower was broken. Room service is also not good
