My credit card was charged twice, and they took 7 days to refund it. Because of this, I had issues with my card limit. That's why I'm giving this rating.

Comfortable, quiet and high quality hotel. Pleasant interior, nice sized room. The hotel is a short walk from Helsinki Airport. The room had everything you needed, including a kettle, coffee and tea.

“One of the best airport hotels at this price point in the world”
Great staff, efficient yet friendly, ultra quiet rooms, wonderful breakfast, late checkout is routine (midday), 200 m walk from airport, easy even with bags. Everything in the spacious room is well designed and practical.

Very disappointing stay. I clearly informed the hotel through Booking that I would be travelling with a dog, but the receptionist seemed completely unaware of it and was surprised when I arrived. The hotel was extremely expensive for what was offered. The room had almost no amenities apart from basic soap. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. I would not recommend this hotel

“I imagined the Hilton would be more premium, but then we don't stay in a lot of Hotels.”
There was a good selection of food for the breakfast. The staff were friendly and made a flat white coffee for me. When you talk to staff and they are easy to talk with, that makes the time in the Hotel more personal.. Well done in this area.

The room was really comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a nice rest before our flight in the morning. The staff was really helpful. Getting to and from the airport takes 5 minutes walking, and the path is clearly signed.
