0-24 recepcion, very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast delicious and very good quality! (I only missed the vegetables), very close to the city center, parking in the hotel has a fee, but there are spaces around on the street 5-6 minutes walk away

I liked everything about the room and the facilities and tge shower was the best as it was easy to use. I liked the soap and the vibe of the room.

“Clean & comfortable with helpful reception staff.”
The room was very clean & the beds very comfortable. The room temperature was lovely & warm as it was very cold conditions outside. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection of hot & cold foods. There was secure underground parking, accessible only by a passkey & intercom. The staff on duty at reception were very helpful & friendly.

“Excellent stay in one of europe's most beautiful cities”
We upgraded to a prestige double room for a small amount extra and we we're not disappointed, Rm 112 was large, had a comfy sofa bed to watch the large tv (when it was tipping down). Needed another pillow, not a problem, the cleaning lady rushed off to get one and gave us more water bottles, coffee and sugar, without asking. Location is perfect for this beautiful medieval town. Hotel is just off a roundabout but the double glazing was excellent. Parking is tight but we had a large car and managed, even a huge SUV got in!!.
