The apartment was in a historic, half-timbered building in the mainly cobbled pedestrian quarter, so wooden beams, old staircase, uneven floors. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Available for advice/information by phone. The kitchen area had everything required for eating in.

Very convenient situation to explore the beautiful old town and port, for restaurants and the market. Owners supplied all our needs and were very kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and generally the apartment was very well equipped.

“Location, location, location”

Perfect location right in the old town and in an authentic old town building. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Nicolas was most welcoming and informative. Communication with hosts was excellent.

The apartment is spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The apartment has everything for the weary traveller and is located centrally and is just a short walk from the harbour and old town.

It was a really, really nice apartment. Nicolas came to meet us at the private parking lot (some 3min from the apartment) and then showed us the way to the house. The apartment is located in one of the beautiful old houses of Vannes, in an excellent location. You have all the shops and restaurants right next to it. And the apartment itself was very beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location in the old town, and the building itself is historic, in fact is one of the row of half-timbered houses that is featured in tourist guides. Inside, it is all modern and very classy. You can tell that they have put it a lot of care and thought into the design of the house. It's well-renovated, and has all the modern aspects including a large TV, fully-equipped kitchen with a nespresso machine, washing machine with detergent etc. The space is large and you feel very comfortable and cosy inside - so much so that we had apero each evening before heading out for dinner. In fact, we even took away freshy shucked oysters from the nearby market one of the days for a 2nd lunch. The owners are great. The husband came to meet us at their free parking spot to show us how to use the carpark keycard and then the fastest way to walk to the place. He even helped with one of our 2 rather heavy suitcases, dragging it through the cobblestone streets and then up the stairs to the room. He explained the facilities in detail, and we even had a lovely welcome treat of Breton biscuits and some products. The place was so inviting and cosy that we were really tempted to just chill at home and watch Roland Garros on TV, but we didn't :) Really lovely stay with lovely owners.

The apartment is perfectly located with a fabulous view over the bay. The apartment is spacious & immaculately furnished. Every possible requirement was available & our host Nickolas even baked a cake with he presented to us on arrival. We could not have been made more welcome or more comfortable. An outstanding place to stay.

Above a pedestrian cobbled street of medieval houses, the property had been sympathetically modernized but felt steeped in history. Lots of local eateries just around the corner. Very helpful host.
