“Bit dated but lovely staff”
The pool area was a nice place to chill, the rooms were big, the staff were so so friendly and helpful!! The view from our balcony was nice!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book activities and transport, we paid them direct and you could use cash or card. The location is perfect, right in the centre. We also rented a motorbike from the hotel which was easy to do. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was buffet style. The pool area was also well maintained and gets the sun until mid afternoon

The staff were welcoming and answered our questions and made suggestions to help us when visiting tourist sites. I would recommend this hotel and will be happy to visit again in the future.

The pool was great and the location was incredible. Free breakfast was a great touch. They had great tours available to book and Hanna couldn’t have been any more attentive! She was fantastic!

“Nice stay, but disappointing transport experience”
The hotel was generally okay for the price. The room was simple but clean, and breakfast, although with limited options, was acceptable. The staff were friendly and easy to contact on WhatsApp, which was convenient for organizing transport.

Best location. The hot air balloons are set up right outside, so you get the best view. Even though it’s in the heart of the town, it’s super peaceful and quiet. The staff bend over backwards to help you with anything you need, and they are so helpful and friendly. Honestly the best time here.
