“A very comfortable hotel.”
The staff were very helpful.. The hotel is in a very good location. The swimming pool is off-site, a short walk away, at another hotel - although this is a fantastic idea, hotels and guesthouses sharing swimming pools.

“Good stay in Vang Vieng”
The breakfast was really nice and fresh every morning, thanks to the ladies that run the kitchen. You could also get your room cleaned every day if you wanted to.

Great location, surrounded by ships and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and booked activities and transport for really good prices. Great shower with plenty of hot water.

my stay at charming came with a lot of feelings and opinions, some good and a quite a few bad. location is good, close to everything. reception seem relatively okay at booking excursions - tours - transport. rooms are clean.

Were transferred to other hotel that is owned by same people called Avenue Hotel. Really good service and price we paid was same for nights booked. Pool good and room clean and new facilities. Great location.

“Wonderful Stay at Charming”
I loved it at Charming. A big spacious room, excellent hot shower, even a hairdryer and great breakfast on the terrace. Free water refill also. Thanh Bình is so helpful , he booked balloon trip, a day tour and my train to Vientiane as well as contacting Tuk tuk driver for a couple short trips. Highly recommended

“A great stay”
The owner Bee was really helpful, he even took us on his motorcycle to a doctor when my girlfriend was sick. The hotel is located close to everything, the room was spacious and tidy. The shower was just great.
