“Not good”

Good views over the mountain from our balcony. Room was clean enough despite someone having clearly left their dirty flip flops in there. Short walk into the heart of Vang Vieng.

Nothing left a day early

Nice room with great views from our balcony. The reception staff were nice and friendly. Wifi worked well.. The pool was freezing, perfect during the hot days. Scooter rental available.

“Great view, top class people”

The view is great and the people are top class. Very eager to help but also willing to go above that. I was having a bit of a nightmare crashing my bike and then also catching food poisoning. One of the guys drove me to the hospital and also gave me tips on where to get treated. Helped me book extra nights for recovery. I can’t speak any higher of the guys there 👍

Loved how central it was and quiet in the evening. LOVED how spacious the rooms were, views are also pretty at sunset even if you are on the lower floor 🫶🏽

“Beautiful views in Vang Vieng”

Beautiful views over Vang Vieng, we especially liked watching the hot air balloons in the morning. Staff are friendly and room is very spacious.

Nice View. Bed was good. Nice to have a balcony. Nice staff that sold mango and helped with other things when asked. Good size of the room, plenty of space to move around.

“Scammers! Paid twice due to their “broken” card termin!”

Scammers! At check-in, I tried to pay by card, but was told that their card terminal was broken and that none of the payments had gone through. We therefore agreed that I would pay in cash instead. Before paying cash, I naturally checked my bank statement to see whether the card payment had gone through. At that time, there was no record of any payment, so I paid in cash. However, it later turned out that the card payment did go through. This only became visible afterwards because I paid with a credit card. I have tried to contact the hotel several times since, but without success. As it stands, I have now paid twice, and the hotel should be considered thieves. In addition to this, the beds are terrible — you might as well sleep on the floor. My room was advertised as having a refrigerator, which was not present. When taking a shower, you need to allow at least 10 minutes just for the water to heat up. I cannot recommend this place in any way.
