Our room was not cleaned once during our three night stay. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels and the staff were reluctant to give them to us. Water was also not given to us each day even though the description says so. The description of the booking said three single beds - and as we are three travellers, we used these filters when booking. Once we arrived, there were no rooms with three single beds. It took a lot of convincing for the owner to help us out, and eventually he and a staff arranged three single beds in one room. The room was small and dirty, had a broken light fixture that would flicker when on. The property has potential, but the maintenance has deteriorated it. Additionally the staff were not warm or helpful. When asking for basic things like toilet paper they responded like we were asking a big favour.

Rooms were spacious enough and the pool was nice.

Super friendly staff that were very accommodating. Resort was kept incredibly clean. Fantastic value for money. The resort is located a 5 minute walk past the busy main street which keeps it quiet, with gorgeous views of the hot air balloons at dusk and dawn. Beds are firm and really large. Pool is a good size and very clean.

Very nice and delicious breakfast buffet! The pool was very clean, and the receptionist got along very well with us :)

Could be a great place but needs improvements.

Resort is very new, rooms and pool area are clean and staff is there to help you. We rented a motorbike for a couple of days and it takes you 2 mins to the city centre.

Breakfast was awful. Rooms ok but service not great.

Staff very helpful in organising and recommending trips, able to organise Tuk Tuk for you as taxis not easily available, pool was very well kept and not too busy, rooms spacious!

I liked the view of the mountains and air balloons, the pool and the large room with balconies.

Everything, large and very comfy room, pool also loverly. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend.

The room is nice and clean however it is located next to a road so it is quite noisy sometimes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds. spacious rooms. Nice size balcony with a view of the pool and passing by hot air balloons. Reception staff were friendly and tried there best to help us even though there was a language barrier.
