“FAKE REVIEWS, SKETCHY PLACE”
FAKE REVIEWS on Booking & Google. Read the poor reviews and maybe you'll get a better idea of the place. Place itself is very far from town and not much nearby at all. They told us our room was not available due to renovation and then proceeded to upcharge us for the new room! But we never saw ANY renovation/construction. Scammed?? Felt VERY sketchy, weird vibes, noisy, felt unsafe, left early!

View of the mountains from the 2nd floor balconies is nice. The fresh cooked breakfast options (pho, pancakes and eggs) were decent, but slow. The rest of breakfast is a disaster, especially the coffee

One day the staff forgot to make the room. Every evening loud music coming from a building outside until 10PM -11PM. We asked the staff to make a reservation for the train to Luangprabang but they did not make it and when we arrived to the railway station no place in the train and we had to take a van to there which was very expensive. 😠😠😠

This hotel is beautiful. It will offer you a beautiful view on the mountain and you will see the hot air balloon. Beautiful landscape. One of the best I ever seen. The room were good and clean

“Can't wait to check-out”
We booked 2 suites and another twin room. My friend was shown her suite, only to find that it is identical to the twin room. At check-in, our dustbins in 3 different rooms were not emptied from the previous customers. My wash basin in the suite was leaking and the shower head has dropped off. Breakfast : food and drinks were cold.

Beautiful resort in a quiet natural environment. Very nice pool in the middle of the Resort. Large rooms and excellent bathroom. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included in room rate.

Vang Vieng Diamond Resort offered a mixed experience. The main pool was nice but the smaller drink pool was dirty and the sunbeds were impractical, with no bar or towels available. The room was spacious with good air conditioning and a shower.

It was really nice and clean. The quality for the price is totally worth. Clean room, nice pool, complete breakfast. I dont really understand people complaining bc the forniture has a scratch or that is terrible service. Everything is way above Laos standards.
