The cleaninless and the huge room I got to stay

The location was great and the room is basic but clean and with everything you need. I worked from here and had no problems with the WiFi even for videocalls, which was great. The breakfast included was very tasty with a choice of a specific menu out of 4 or 5 options (omelette, scrambled eggs and so on). Highly recommend!

Very good location, close to everything. The owner (Alex) is very knowledgeable of the available activities in the area and his recommendations were very good. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good too.

The only good thing is that the hotel is located on a street with a morning market.

The hotel has a pristine reviews and it is hard to say why. Room is very basic, you can hear loud noises from outside, because the windows are not isolating anything. The water in the showet was not warm, lukewarm at best with minimal pressure. One of the lights was not working. The only toiletries/ bath products we got were 3in1 shampoo gel (in a small plastic bag) We had a spider running around everyday on our ceiling at around 10 am and the staff did not react to the report. For me that is not a problem but i would imagine, that some people would not find that pleasant. There is no elevator, so you have to take your luggage to the 1st and 2nd floor by very narrow, twisting stairs. The stairs are covered in adhesive tape. The staff is just there, not friendly nor unfriendly but i personally felt unwanted as a guest. Breakfast is bad. They can prepare an eggs for you in any style, other than that you can toast a bread and use margarine or a jam and eat banana. That's it. We decided to go and eat a breakfast in other places after first night. It is not a very bad hotel but definitley it doesn't deserve a 9,6/10.

Host team very helpful and responsive to any concerns & questions. Good breakfast, overall good value, you wake up to a street market outside, rooms higher up in building have better views, main host can sort out tour options very efficiently.

Location is great: quiet and central, morning market just out of the door. Facility is clean and breakfast with choice of fresh fruit and warm dish. Staff very kind and supportive.
