The owner of the hotel was super nice and spoke amazing English. The buffet breakfast was nice. Motorbike and buggy rental. Help with booking train tickets. Great pool and view. Good WiFi and smart TV. Laundry service

Nice bungalow with terrasse, great breakfast with fruits, helpfull and friendly staff. Located outside of buzzy main streets.

We enjoyed our stay at Vang Vieng bungalows. Our bungalow was roomy with a good bathroom and shower and had Aircon. There was a large balcony outside with table and chairs. We appreciated the inclusive breakfast with coffee, fruit, omelette and toast. Sophia, the receptionist, was very helpful, kind and courteous. She organised a motorbike hire for us and a tuk tuk to the station and was also able to organise tours or trips if we wished.

Apart from the staff nothing else.

I had a great time in Vang Vieng....and that is mostly because Sofia/Nhan who manages Vang Vieng Bungalows was so wonderful! She was so helpful and kind, but we also had great chats! She booked all my activities for me and also made me feel confident enough to try driving a scooter for the first time in SEA (I've been in SEA for 2 months already and was too scared to try before now). The bungalows themselves are fine (a bit rustic, but comfortable). But really Sofia made this experience for me. If you stay here, I highly recommend getting her advice/help for all things Vang Vieng. The breakfast included was great, you get a choice of meals, plus a plate of seasonal fruit. There is a kettle in your room to make tea and coffee anytime. Plus there's a refill water station in the breakfast area (which I always appreciate to reduce plastic waste).

“Relocated due to construction- did not stay at property”

We didn’t actually stay here as when we arrived we were told that due to construction they were taking us to a different hotel (Vang Vieng Garden Resort). The new hotel was slightly further out of town and although passable had a lesser rating on booking. I cannot comment on Vang Vieng Bungalows other than to say the location was good and the lady we met who took us to the new hotel was very nice.

Great value for the price we paid. Friendly and helpful staff. Scooter hire available. Rustic cabin charm. Good breakfast.

The bungalows are really cool if you're looking for something rustic, great value for the price. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, really lovely people.
