“Lovely family fun business close to the town but far enough away to be a bit quieter”
Good location slightly away from the hustle and bustle of town but easy to get to either on foot or moped. LOVELY staff and a great restaurant/cafe that we used frequently ;) We were a family of 5 and it was very comfortable.

“We just felt like the building was run down and the language barrier made asking for help difficult.”
The room was spacious and the staff are helpful. The staff don't speak English so it was a confusing check in. The breakfast was basic, however on 2 days the owner was there, and we had a beautiful breakfast. The owner also speaks English so she was really helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! Hosts were always friendly and took care of every request immediately. The bungalow was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend staying there.

the villa is in the other bank of the river, so it’s less crowded. the owner so have best coffee in town

Stayed with 2 kids and 3 adults. Perfect bungalow with 2 bedrooms and living room. Owners were great, very friendly and helpful. Cafe has very good food and excellent drinks. If you are staying in vang vieng with children this is the best place.

- owner of the property very aggressive in an whatsap exchange and threatened to call the police if would not share my CVV with him, totally his confusion and lack of communication with his staff ( he lives in another city and manages the property remotely ) - none of the staff spoke any english and was very hard communicating anything - breakfast is very very basic and was the same every morning (the first breakfast we had - photo - a coffee jam and butter was offered for the following days , after we complained about it )

the villa comprised of 2 rooms, we only used 1, cleanliness was ok, there is a kitchen, fridge and cooker but no utensils for cooking

The room is clean and staff is really friendly and helpful! There's also a washing machine in the backyard which is really helpful if you're going to get a buggy.
