“FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BU THE OWNER AND ENCOURAGED BY BOOKING.com”
I had to cancel the booking and was refused refund from the owner and also Booking.com who encourages false advertisement. The photos shown on Booking.com was not the hotel with a nice view. It was a facility behind another building squeezed behind with the back wall of the facility in front as a view. This is the last time I am using Booking.com who did nothing to reimburse as I paid the full price of the booking just the same, even though it was a false advertisement.

Free breakfast was good, owner very nice & helpful, room was large & clean. Great quiet location. Nice restaurants around & good coffee across the road. A great scooter rental essentially next door.

“Good place to stay in Vang Vieng”

Location was good although a little difficult to find initially . We had a terrace outside our room but sadly little view because of new building in front. Tom manager was very helpful and a pleasure to meet.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Alex, the manager, is really nice and helpful—he helped us book a hot air balloon ride and rented us a motorbike. His brother, Tom, always replied quickly through the Booking app. We totally recommend this place!

“Very good services”
We asked for train tickets in advance, and the staff arranged them quickly with a good price. So, when we arrived in Vientiane airport, we took a transfer to railway station to catch the train to Vang Vieng in the afternoon. Great services, great people there The room was clean and very spacious Good breakfast in another guesthouse nearby, just a minute walk

A morning market nearby was also interesting, normal life there was wonderful, love walking around the guesthouse The hotel itself is clean and quiet with helpful and kind owner; he helped us to find the stuff we lost on the bus to Vang Vieng from Vientiane The area around the property is safe with many friendly local people

“My wife and me were happy to stay at nice view guesthouse”
The photos and information about the amenities at this guesthouse are certainly accurate. We were not surprised when we walked into the exact room we had booked a few weeks ago. Welcomed us with a smile from Tom, the friendly reception guy and we had a nice conversation with him about our Vang Vieng plans. Well managed and all was great, good price and the service quality The room looked larger than we saw online, loved it. Simple breakfast

“A family guesthouse centrally located with friendly people”
The family run this place, are kind and friendly. The views are gorgeous. It's close to the morning market, a short walk to the restaurants and riverbank, nearby a local green restaurant Huge room with rather basic amenities, good Wi-Fi speed connection in room and A/C run well Laundry was cheap and quick in a day

“I got everything needed, friendly staff”
Comfy bed, warm water, good A/C, balcony and spacious rooms. Even a hairdryer and laundry service. The location is cental the everything you need is within walking distance. I could reserve some tours with them, and they were fine. I left my stuff overnight there when I joined jungle tour and took it back the next day for free and safe It’s quite simple, but got everything you need.

A great guesthouse with spacious room. Very tidy and clean, a bit dated facilities, but they worked well Staff taking care and rather friendly. Kayaking and tubing tours provided at lobby, good price Free transfer to railway station if reserving train tickets from them Appreciated!! Super central location
