“all together good”
Location was great, everything nearby, like important shops & public transport, seafront Kitchen facility was good, could do with a small oven or a microwave with bake option Staff was friendly and helpful, especially a lady called Maria who patiently helped 2 other couples besides me to register to get the door code

“Lovely hotel but insufficient value for money”
This hotel is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect - close to Stanley Park and a variety of restaurants and within walking distance to transport and downtown. The room wasn’t well stocked - 2 teabags, 2 coffee, 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 5 night stay and no housekeeping unless requested at additional cost. There are no staff on site so no way of requesting more. Also no opportunity for early arrivals which was really needed after arriving on a 6am flight from Australia. This isn’t a cheap hotel and as nice as it is, it seemed to operate on a minimal budget.
