Location was fantastic, especially if joining or leaving a cruise it’s walking distance to terminal. Walkable to Stanley Park and they happily store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Happy hour in the bar was a great price. Room was large and had everything you needed.

Lovely hotel with large rooms overlooking the harbour. All seemed very efficiently run. Lovely food in the bistro at lunch and evening. Great location near to cruise port. Very cheerful waiter Pavel, in the bistro - was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel, its location, the friendly staff, and the exceptional cleanliness all exceeded our expectations. We were delighted to discover that our room had a balcony with a stunning harbour view. The direct lift access from the hotel to the car park was also very convenient, making it easy to manage our luggage.
