Stayed 2 nights during a Seattle <> Vancouver <> Victoria roadtrip with my mum. Our first time in Canada and we could have not asked for a better stay. We were given an higher floor room with stunning city / water views and what a treat that was 🙂 My mum had a bit of a health scare during our stay and Andrew the Chief Concierge went above and beyond to reassure me. I loved the hotel so much that I would choose it again in a heartbeat if I’m ever back in Vancouver.

Great location in Coal Yard with very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with all the amenity required... walk in shower, water, coffee tea making & toiletries.

Great location, a couple blocks from Coal Harbour, lots of restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, especially the open fire pits on the patio. The room was one of the largest we've stayed in- spacious, bright, and spotless, including a fridge and Nespresso maker. The best part was the service- every staff greeted us by name and were always so helpful! We were even able to check in really early, which was appreciated after a VERY early flight!

The employees where so friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable and great food and all around stunning 😍 tons to do with in walking distance

Great location, easily walkable to all the main downtown attractions. Rooms are a good size for families and the staff were so helpful even making sure we had mini robes for the kids.

The paradox is an absolute amazing hotel. We requested a higher floor room amd found ourselves on the 17th floor. The bed was extremely comfy with tones of pillows, the show was great with the rain shower head, the bath tub was the chefs kiss in relaxing. All the staff we spoke with her absolutely amazing. Delicious food at the Karma Lounge, valet parking and to top it all off- there was so much to see and do all with in a 10 minute walk in either direction. Cannot wait to stay here again.
