Convenient location, and a nice view from the window if you’re lucky — we were upgraded for free to an “ocean view” room. It was quiet at night.

“Deceptive billing. Terrible service”
Not transparent about fees. Tried to slip through extra charges until I noticed it at checkout. Unprofessional and dismissive staff. Overall a shady experience. Will never go back to a Coast Hotel. Be careful.

Beautiful Hotel with beautiful harbour views just across the block. Location was very convenient and walking distance to Canada place and other city attractions. Room was clean with fancy heated toilet. My kids loved it 😊

“It wasn't great and I had an awful experience.”
I had no robes, no garbage bags in the room. No face towels. No hand towels. Netflix wasn't an option for the tv. My view was awful as it faced a Grey building. I had 1 mug for coffee and no other glasses or mugs... I woke up and a rude guy banged on my door twice saying to keep it down when I wasn't even loud. Threatening me he was going to call the police. It was honestly an awful experience. They gave me a breakfast voucher and the omellette wasn't fully cooked and raw egg. It was not worth it and I'm sad about spending so much when I could have stayed elsewhere for the amount of money I paid. The sink was also clogged to top it off.

Our first visit to Vancouver was amazing thanks to this hotel’s perfect location, super kind staff, and incredibly comfy rooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely come back!
