The room was dirty check in instructions were not clear. No staff or help.

Very conveniently located UBC students and parents, since it's on campus. Breakfast is decent, including hot food served hostel style.

Breakfast was ok. Got it at the restaurant at the first 2 days and then they gave me Tim Horton’s voucher until my last day due to changed canteen provider. Hope on my next visit on Sep, the new breakfast service has settled.

UBC is a beautiful compound. Being at UBC, Carrie Centre is ofcourse surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways.

Booking not honored, even though made well in advance & paid in full in advance. Offered a dirty room instead as it was the only free room. Too expensive for the service offered. No in-person staff accessible at checkin time to resolve problems. No desk staff available in night/evening. Even though fully paid in advance, we were left without accomodation at night in Vancouver after overseas arrival. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this place.

Location is great if you are going to museums. Lots of nature around. Room were keyless. You got a number to punch in, that was very handy !!

This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. The guest room is very dirty, with stains and watermarks all over the walls, and the toilet is smelly. The bathroom is too small to accommodate an adult turning around. The worst part is the service. I saw a family waiting at the front desk for an hour, and the female front desk staff were unable to check in. I never write negative reviews, but it's really bad here. It's dirty and smelly, you can hear your neighbors snoring at night, it's completely soundproof. Poor experience, will never order again

The bed was mediocre and still be able to serve its purpose of for me to take a decent rest. The amenities were just nice, wished there were toothbrush provided.

The location of the facility was great.

The bed provided appeared to be a double, rather than the anticipated queen size, which resulted in a confined sleeping arrangement. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was notably low.
