Location was good. Bus to Vancouver at the end of the street. Beautiful tree lined streets to wander around. Service Station and restaurant close by for milk and dinner etc.

Everything was tidy and modern. Sufficient space for 1-2 people and facilities all functioning and well equipped. Close by to bus stations :) Very responsive owner.

“Convenient and tidy”
Location was very convenient to our needs. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to public transport. Great self contained facilities and basic cooking ingredients eg oil, salt, pepper. Host were very responsive to our needs.

“Compacted apartment.”
Home away from home. Have everything we needed. Though the bed couch was a bit small for 2 big persons but comfortable enough. Very closed to city centre and the airport. It was raining most of our stay and Hannah gave us umbrellas to use. Thank you Hannah.

“unresponsive and no proper value for money / still work to do on the exterieur and the beds”
beds were too small, especially the sofa bed was only suitable for kids, not for teenagers emails were left unanswered upon arrival people of cleaning were unfriendly the garden was not well maintained / fence was lying on the ground

“Deceptive.”
NO Airconditioning despite being advertised as having same. We arrived in heat wave - uncomfortable. NO parking on-site despite being advertised as having same - hosts advised on day prior to arriving that parking was on street! I would not have selected this property if it had been accurately described. Booking.com need to adjust their site to reflect the true facts. Bed was hard against wall on one side thus awkward for older guests.

“It was warm, quiet, comfortable, very clean, had all the amenities we needed.”
The location was perfect for us, as it was proximal to an event we were attending. It was a very quiet, minimal traffic road.
