We had an amazing stay at Boutique. Keith was very friendly and accommodating and was available to help with our questions. The apartment was so clean, well equipped and comfortable. Really nice location too in a quiet neighborhood. Would have loved to stay for longer.

The host was very responsive, friendly and interested in you having an enjoyable stay. Their place is very nice, comfortable, quiet and private, in an upscale tree lined neighbourhood. Parking was free, simple and directly outside the property. Perfect for a quiet stay away from the craziness of the city and close to the airport. It's a typical basement style apartment but is still quiet even with the owners living above (there is some normal movement noise but fine even for a light sleeper with ear plugs). The Japanese toilet was a nostalgic plus!

The host was very friendly and helpful and the property was very clean and modern.

The Neighbourhood and the quality finishings and extras were above the norm. Also, the communications from the host were thorough and clear. Lovely stay!

It is spacious, very clean and well situated in a beautiful, very quiet upscale neighborhood. The unit is easily accessible to all of downtown and the airport.

A comfortable place to stay with style, Keith is so nice, he knows what you need.

Keith was cheerful and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. The flat was very comfortable and set in a beautiful housing area South of the main city. We easily managed the walk to the main road to get the bus to and from town. It was nice to be out of the main tourist areas. Would definitely recommend.

“Fantastic place”

The apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. There were lots of little touches, like the card and chocolates on arrival, that were very welcoming. All the basic things you would need are provided, right down to the mini toothpaste! The property is in a quiet, private location in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport. Keith was keen to make sure there were no issues and was quick to reply to messages. I would definitely recommend Boutique as a quiet and comfortable place to stay while you are visiting Vancouver.

“Nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood”

It is a spotless clean semi-basement apartment. We liked the interior very much and the bed as well as the couch are comfortable. We also liked the toiletries. We had everything that we needed. The kitchen is equipped for breakfast or takeaway meals. Keith was very kind, gave us recommendations and was accommodating. We used Uber and buses around the district to get around Vancouver which was easy. The neighbourhood is very good. So all in all, we would recommend this place.

This is a property that is not only well cared-for but well planned by a stylish owner. I was traveling alone and immediately felt safe, secure, and pampered. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
