“Disappointed”
I electronically requested airport shuttle service at 5am and received an email stating my request was approved. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told the shuttle did not start until 7am, negating my main reason for booking a room there. We were forced to Uber instead.

“Convenient location to shopping, airport, food and interstate.”
Well first off they only clean the room every 4 days so our 4 day stay, room was never restocked or cleaned. We had to ask for additional toilet paper, coffee supplies, Kleenex and soap.placed baskets outside door to be emptied. Couch in room was ripped and worn out, looked like goodwill material. Staff was super nice.
