I did not spend the night in this hotel, because despite the fact that I was in correspondence with the administrator (manager) and informed that I was in the city of Goris, they did not wait for me and perhaps I disturbed the rest of the employees of this hotel. I arrived in Vanadzor city very late, at three o'clock in the morning. And I saw that the gates of the hotel were closed, where I had to park my car. I thought there is no problem and I will go through the main entrance, but the doorbell of the main entrance rang, but there was no one to greet me, and I was tired and not there. can wait for a long time. In short, I am very angry and even though my Ukrainian friends recommended this hotel saying that it is a warm welcome, they are kind, responsible people, I can prove them exactly the opposite with my example. I will not recommend this hotel no do not travel.

It was a cold day, me and my girlfriend, when we came to the hotel, they had already turned on the heating and the room temperature was ideal, the hotel security staff, who were very polite they lifted our heavy things to our room. And the young receptionist served us tea and pastries, which was very pleasant. I must say that the internet in the hotel was very good, I was able to finish my work, which was very important for me. I recommend all of you to come to Vanadzor and to Argishti Hotel itself, because comfort and warm hospitality are found here.

Staff was exceptional, especially Alla and Susanna at the front desk. They could answer all your question you may have about the town and it's serounding. They organised a tour for me (car and driver) to Alaverdi,seeing a few of the many Monasteries in the area,much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Vanadzor and spend a few days there, I sertanly enjoyed my stay
