Such a cosy hotel, the owners were so kind, and their dog is adorable! The hotel was very quiet, set away from the road, and was super clean and modern; the beds were also very comfortable!

“Good guesthouse”
Our room was spacious. It is clean, but overall, it could use a deep clean on the walls and floors. The bed was comfy, shower was good. It is very quiet so great for sleeping. It's over a kilometer to downtown. We didn't mind the walk, but some people may. I thought there was a fan, but there isn't. Opening the windows helps, but flies get in the room. It's not usually hot, but it was when we were there and a fan would have helped.

“Peaceful & cozy, great for this price!”
A very peaceful place, very helpful & nice staff. Close to mountain walking route and not far from the center. The building has both the charm of old house and the functionality of a new house. As for breakfast, they can make what you want. There was a restaurant called Salori within walking distance, in Zakarian street; surprisingly it was one of the best restaurants I have ever been! Also the museum of fine arts is excellent, and the folk museum is very nice in Vanadzor.

“Excellent service and value for money”
The location is a bit in a small lane, not attached to the main street but it is not the problem. The surrounding is so quiet and the host is wonderful and friendly. The room and bedding is over-average to the price. Breakfast is quite good and basic even not so abundant. Highly recommended.
