we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. The tour with the boat to the island was really well facilitated and that was the highlight of our stay in Van!

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The hotel is very good and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, with no noise disturbances, which made for a very relaxing experience. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel during our trip to Van; the rooms were extremely well-maintained and hygienic. What we appreciated the most was the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond, acting almost like professional guides for those visiting the city and making our trip much easier with their local recommendations. The breakfast served in the mornings was quite fresh and perfectly sufficient. I can honestly say it’s a great value-for-money hotel; the quality of service you get more than justifies the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a clean and reliable place to stay

“Altogether the hotel is good for the money, but it is more of a 2-star level.”
The location is in the middle of very crowded area, so the first picture of hotel building could be misleading. The breakfast variety is minimal and basic but acceptable.
