Breakfast was very good, the only positive thing I can tell about the hotel

There is a mosque next to the hotel and it broadcasts “Azan” 3:40 am and it wakes you up every night so not the best place to sleep. However, the staff are very nice and helpful; breakfast is decent

The breakfast was not in 5star hotel range. The room’s carpet wad not clean enough. Also in the last day we wanted to leave early and 15 min after restaurant start time, the day before we asked if there is possiblity to have breakfast pack and the reception said you can go and the staffs will provide box but when we were there they didn’t provide anything and said just eat here. So this affected our plan, they could easily say it is not possible and we could plan based on that but the wrong info led us to inconvinence which we didn’t experince this kind of behaviours before.

“Very dirty hotel, not as described, rude staff.”

Booked for 3 nights, could not even stay for 10 min in the room, the room was in very bad condition, burned and stained furniture, dirty bed sheets , dirty carpets, the room smelled like commercial kitchen. And the hotel corridor in very bad condition. The staff very rude and not helpful. After we said we don’t want to stay in this hotel they did not even help us to carry our suit cases. Ended up moving to another hotel and did not get our money back from this hotel.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel location was convenient and easy to access.

Location was perfect! Rooms were clean with beautiful city landscape. Staff were very nice, responsive, collaborative and kind. Nice building and lobby.

A very poor hotel that should be rated no more than two or three stars. We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay and feel that our money was wasted. The building is old with worn-out furniture. It was dirty and unhygienic—carpets and furnishings were dusty and stained, and some lamps were broken. The shower cabin lacked a glass door. Room amenities and the minibar were not restocked, even after we requested it. The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay without any prior notice at the time of booking, and no compensation was offered. The café had very limited options. At breakfast, items were not replenished promptly or sufficiently, and the fruits and vegetables were wilted and of poor quality. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and most did not speak English. There were frequent water outages during our stay. The pool was extremely dirty and unusable, located in a space with no ventilation. There was no jacuzzi at all. The massage staff did not speak English, making communication impossible. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late, which is not usually permitted.
