“Friendly staff.”
Clean and staff was exceptional. Suggested dinner was superb and when we left we were offered coffee and water to go. We got water. Temps were hit on our trip so we really appreciated the extra care by staff.

“Did not stay but would have if Booking.com got the reservation correctly”
The restaurant was cancelled, the staff responded quickly, politely and were fantastic, unlike Booking.com that was totally unresponsive, hotel cancelled with no charge

“We couldn’t stay as our rooms were in disarray”
Paint cans in our rooms beds unmade we never got to stay and will never use Hampton inn again. This was a horrible experience and we were left to find other accommodation

“Just ok”
Informed we were traveling with a service dog. The clerk wanted to charge extra indicating I didn’t notify them of the dog. I had notified them and received an email confirmation they could accommodate. I then needed to fill out a form where the first question was what medical reason the dog alerted to. A VERY fine line of an illegal question. You can’t asked a disabled person the nature of their disability. Such a different experience this time than when we were here 2 weeks ago. Disappointing for sure!

“Relaxing after long travel day.”
Macenzie was very friendly We left prior to breakfast. Loved the ear plugs. Although the room was very quiet. One suggestion, we traveled between time zones and none of the clocks in the room were set correctly. We had some confusion about correct time
