The location was stunning. The apartment was set in beautiful grounds a really peaceful setting. The hosts were on site and were extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay really comfortable.

Gianni is a great host, and he was highly attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The residence is absolutely stunning, spacious and well equipped. The pool area is incredible with an outdoor kitchen and bbq by the pool

“An amazing place to stay!!!”

Gianni was an amazing host and the place is incredible! We stayed at the large appartment (7 people) and it was just perfect - lots of space for everyone, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, private bathrooms in each room, and the hospitality was great. The place itself is beautiful with lots of green areas, large patios, etc. Gianni gave great recommendations on local restaurants, and was always accomodating to our request - he even set up the archery for us so we can do a little competition, and gave a bottle of wine to the winner! Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this place.

The location is good for discovering Umbria if you have car. Nice peaceful accommodation with plenty of space and privacy. We were there with our families (13+1 kid). We took the main big appartment (6 person) and 2 more (4 in each). We used the big one as common area where we cooked together and enjoyed nice evenings behind a long table. Main big apartment had a nice big kitchen where we could do the cooking. Owner was staying in the same building and was helpful whenever needed. He even brought as basket of eggs on the first morning which made a good breakfast. The pool was nice and clean, cold since it was end of September, but we knew that and it was refreshing on the warm days. Owner's dog was really chill and our 2 year old enjoyd playing ball with it. Owner recommended some places to visit and things to do in Umbria, which was much appreciated.

Everything is lovely and Gianni is the most welcoming and attentive host you could wish for. He has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable. He even brought us fresh eggs from his hens! The setting of Cerqua Rosara is truly beautiful. The pool is top class.

Remote enough for peace and quiet, and only a few other guests at a time, so all very private. Equally handy to Foligno, Spello, and Assisi, etc. Pool area is exceptional; well set-up and maintained. Some big bracelets / spray essential, but no major issues on that front. Gianni & Alice are wonderful hosts and made sure we were relaxed all throughout our holiday. They had good advice on where to shop, visit, park, etc.

The house is in a wonderful valley and the apartment is very nice. Gianni is an amazing host. Lilla the dog was a very good company for our children. Highly recomended.

Gianni is a great host. Kind and helpful. We could stay late, without extra payment, because there were no other guest on our departureday. Large accomodation with large kitchen and living room. Swimmingpool is great. We loved the dog and the donkeys.

A fantastic property. Wether you want to recharge your bateries by the pool in a serene lush green scenery or visit the beautiful sights in Umbria and Toscany, this is the place. The appartments are beautifully designed and well equiped, and the owner is a wonderful man.

Fantastic setup for families with large enclosed area, great facilities all as described on the website and really friendly hosts. Apartments are spacious and surrounding area is great for exploring. Added plus of donkeys, chickens and a super friendly dog on site!

A beautifully appointed spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen in a quiet pastoral location, exactly what we expected. The owner of the apartment, Gianni, is very friendly and responded instantly to any request/question, as did his lovely lady Alice. We felt at home and this is not a figure of speech. It was also nice to receive a bottle of Italian wine as a compliment. I warmly recommend staying here to all travelers by car.

Gianni and Alice were lovely hosts, we also loved the friendly dog Lila. The place is very comfortable, with amazing views and outside space, we didn't want to leave! Assissi was our favourite town to visit, if you're driving from the south highly recommend to stop in Spoleto on the way for a wander and lunch.

Peaceful place in the middle of the mountains and greenery. Very quiet, nice swimming pool, very nice appartmemt, wonderful host.
