The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the forest. It feels peaceful, private, and truly five-star. Waking up surrounded by trees and fresh air was a unique experience. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. Their service was professional and warm at the same time. The facilities are very well maintained and of high quality. Everything felt clean, modern, and designed for comfort and relaxation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the forest. It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the scenery from the room. We were unlucky not to experience snowfall, but this place must be absolutely magical when the forest is covered in snow. The hotel is also very well equipped technologically. The WiFi was fast and stable, and there were many power outlets, including USB ports, which made charging devices very easy and convenient. The food was excellent in both quality and taste. The menu had great options, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for a hotel of this level. Dining there was a very enjoyable part of our stay. The room was perfectly warm and cozy, even though the temperature outside was -1°C. This made a big difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without worrying about the cold. Another great advantage is the location near two picturesque villages. You can reach them by walking through forest paths, which makes the experience even more special and relaxing. It is perfect for nature lovers and for anyone who enjoys peaceful walks in beautiful surroundings. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, ideal for relaxation. Great location, in the middle of the forest, beautifully designed rooms and communal areas, and lovely staff. Mr Yiannis in particular was most helpful upon our departure. I highly recommend the spa facilities and treatments. A big thank you to everyone and hoping we can visit again soon!
