as always — the therme. the kitchen staff noticed my partner‘s birthday due to documents at the reception and they prepared a small birthday cake after breakfast. that was cute and unexpected, as I wanted to ask the staff to do that, but then forgot. and then they surprised :)

Breakfast was amazing but expensive. we had been told it was included and then were shocked to pay 150 Swiss francs for 4 breakfasts!!! So make sure to check this.

It couldn’t have been better. The room Kuma was exactly as pictured, and they accommodated my request of being on a high floor. The hotel was high end and tasteful. Delightful live music was played every night. The service was impeccable and we also received a little surprise treat due to being here for our anniversary. Many thanks to all involved.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to take care of anything you need. The room offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and access to one of the best SPAs in Switzerland is included.

Staff is always ready to meet your needs and make a very pleasant stay. HoA rooms are small but are extremely comfortable and well decorated. Anyway, by having the Spa a few floors from your room and the alps around, I doubt that you’d like to stay in the hotel room.

The property is connected to the Therme Vals via a covered link bridge, offering ease of access to the Therme Vals. The staff’s hospitality was a standout to ensure the comfort of all guests.

“Peaceful and serene experience”

The room was clean and comfortable albeit a little on a small side. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming and highly accommodating. The town is small and quiet, it is a great getaway from the busy cities. The thermal baths are absolutely amazing and a wonderful experience - staying at the property meant late night and early morning swims before the baths are open.

This is a must for every architecture lover. The therms make the whole experience otherworldly. Excellent service and I should say great value for money Don’t take the phone to the thermes, you won’t regret it, it’s a very rare experience

The ceiling in our room had very poor acoustics as we could hear the footfall of the person staying above. It was very annoying.

Staff was so friendly and helpful and the Tom Mayne room was just incredible. The Therme were as expected great.

“The thermal baths are a must visit.”

The main reason for visiting 7132 was to enjoy the thermal baths, and they were divine. The room, however, was quite disappointing. I chose the black room by Zumthor, and it seems that there have been modifications made to the room, which did not work with the theme of the room, and did not add any comfort. The lamps were all different, with no central control, the toilet door was transparent and did not provide any form of privacy.
