Lovely hotel with access to the amazing thermal spa. The staff were so helpful and breakfast was amazing. The town and surroundings are beautiful.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!

The room was big and well equipped. The restaurant has plenty of food options. I personally had the burger, quite standard but big and tasty, they didn’t ask me for tue cooking temperature perhaps that could be a plus for the restaurant to improve. Overall excellent, cosy, with a Christmas vibe.

Super friendly, we forgot our tablet and the hotel sent it back to us immediately, we truly appreciate! The room was very comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. Can really recommend!

Charming building in the middle of town. The staff are very nice. Breakfast and dinner are good quality.

“Exceptional atmosphere and comfort”

Very friendly and accommodating staff, cozy room with comfy beds, good shower, tasty breakfast. Our purpose of coming to Vals was visiting Therme designed by Peter Zumthor and it was great to have a free access to it while staying at the property. We enjoyed the cozy and relaxing vibe of the property and it's combination of a traditional chalet with modern furnishings in the room. Also we had an amazing cheese fondue in the property restaurant for dinner - the best fondue we ever had. We didn't have a chance to discover the surroundings properly due to lack of time, but Vals looks like a cute and less touristic area.

The staff were super friendly and took care of every detail. If you like excellent client service you should visit this hotel or any other of the hotels which belong to 7132.

Breakfast is delicious, team is super attentive, room is very comfortable. Easy to go to the ski area and also walk to the thermal bath (we stayed there because it was smaller and accepted small children but also included the therme)
