At this point, your silence reflects a clear disregard for your responsibilities as a service provider. You are hereby given 7 calendar days to refund the full amount of €300. If the funds are not returned by then, I will immediately proceed with formal complaints to: • My bank (to initiate a chargeback), • The booking platform I used, • And French consumer protection and tourism authorities. I am keeping a full record of this communication and will not hesitate to take further action. This matter requires your immediate attention.

This was our third stay at this place. Clean, spacious apartments with wooden finishes. Friendly receptionists. I recommend it.

Check in was very good and arrangement to get your luggage up to the apartment very good. Superb view from the apartment. Very accommodating for pets.

Location is pretty good, though you do need to drive to get groceries.

Bigger appartment and balcony, Indor parking, connection to Chamonix, coffee machine nespresso, quiet place.

Beautiful area nestled in the mountains with 2 restaurants nearby. The large balcony was ideal and great to be able to order bread from reception as the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away.

This is my second stay at Dormio, last year I had an apartment in building À, but this time I had apartment in section C. I appreciate the experience provided by Dormio and I would gladly return next year!

Location and rate were great

Location close to train station, cable car and Swiss border. Decent sauna, pool, hot tub and steam bath facilities. Guests are provided with amenity starter kit (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning brush, matches, shampoo and body wash). Kitchen is well equipped.
