“Room fo Improvement!”
Bathroom needs maintenance, water splashes al over the place, no wash clothes and no box of Kleenexes is poor for a 4 star hotel.... And the worst was a private birthday party in the lobby area with really LOUD music, very annoing for us other guests! We could not talk to our visitors because of that, so we had to leave the hotel! Where was the Manager to allow this?

Poor customer service: I ordered a can of beer then changed my mind and gave them back next morning not consumed but they still charged me for it even though I leave it to them

“Amazing hotel, excellent location”
The room was big, nice size tv, variety in mini bar, big and comfortable bed. The restaurant offers meals, which is convenient when arriving late in the evening and food/drinks were delicious. Breakfast is Colombian style and it has a variety of options. Personally, I missed having pancakes or waffles as option but arepas, fruits and bread were good for me anyways. The pool has a nice size, they provide towels and it has a beautiful view to the hills. It is a perfect spot to grab a drink from the bar and relax. The location is what I liked the most, because it is at the shopping center so no need to grab taxis or worried about where to go to eat, shop, grab coffee or cinema. The staff was very friendly as well.
