“One of my favourite hotel stays of recent years. Wonderful home from home atmosphere!”
Absolutely superb hotel. One of my favourite hotels in the past few years..Really felt like home from home. I think every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and to make sure our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the hotel and city so much that we extended our stay from 1 to 3 nights. Room is excellent and clean with en suite bathroom, TV with maybe 100 channels including films and sport, plus very good air con. Breakfast is in the lovely adjacent restaurant and was excellent. There's a free jacuzzi on the top floor with fantastic views of the city and the Sierra Nevada mountains. One of the staff even placed a giant screen TV for us to use with YouTube so we could play the music we wanted in the jacuzzi, while another staff member brought us beers. There's also a super courtyard & lounge area downstairs which is great for socialising, working online, or enjoying an evening drink. Free coffee and water in the reception. Very good Wifi. The hotel is 10/10 value for money also. But the best thing of all is the hotel's wonderful staff. We were very sad to leave this hotel today and I promised myself I would write a review immediately because the hotel deserves recognition. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel!
