“I wanted a peaceful place, to share a good time with friends and Valle Verde was the greatest choice”
Staff was kind and very attentive all the time, whether it was at the reception, at the restaurant or at the pool, even before the arrival, through Whatsapp. The food was delicious, even the simplest dish like Grilled Chicken Breast it was so tasty and well seasoned, oh and the breakfast, Omelette was savory, also the coffee had great aroma, really it makes me happy just to remember. Facilities were clean and peaceful and rooms are very comfortable indeed. There is hiking places in the town but if you can't go, just the sight from the hotel is beautiful as well as the pretty garden the hotel has with bungavillas and other beautiful flowers. Also the pools are fun! and the staff would take your order if you wanted a beer or anything from the restaurant and they would bring it to you at the poolside. I loved the experience.

“Worst ever!!!”
Penny pinching Scrooge hotel, cutting corners any way they could: one patty of butter, one little container of jam, cheapest thinest toilet paper in the world, no soap, shampoo nada, nothing in the bathroom, no house keeping services. Coffe re-fill of 4 ounces & $1.75!! Only two towels for three nights which never did dry between showers. Stay away from this dive!!!
