“Fantastic experience in a special area.”
The house was absolutely what we hoped for. Really comfortable beds, a great shower and easy access to the village. Minerva, our host, could not have been more helpful. The village, monastery and surrounding countryside are wonderful. Loads of wild flowers and birdsong. We were really well looked after by the local bar, where everyone was extremely friendly and the food and wine were excellent. I totally recommend Cal Baster as a place to stay and this area of Catalonia as a place to explore.

The house is ideally located for easy access to the monastery of Vallbona. The house is modern, comfortable and well equipped to make you feel home. The balcony views are amazing and the whole ambience is inviting to de-stress and tranquility. Hence, be aware, there is no WiFi available at this property. The host, Minerva, is a wonderful person and her communication skills are above and beyond. She really cares about the guests and she is only one message away to answer all the questions and needs.
