“Great location to Valladolid but not the most comfortable stay.”

The location is great and the zoo is small, but lovely. Breakfast was decent.

The huts and the pool make for a cosy setting. Very attentive staff. When we needed a bigger bed it was no problem at all. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.

“Nice property surrounded with beautiful nature”

My kids still can't stop talking about it :) We loved the property, we loved the room (although the kids were disappointed we got a room with deer, they wished for iguana or jaguar :)) It is such a beautiful setting with the pool - all the surroundings were incredibly green. We visited the Zoo, which we liked (if you are against Zoos in general, then don't go) - the animals have a decent amount of space, and I think they treat them good. I have never seen a black panther before so that was really nice. The location is in nature, outside the town, but still 10 minutes by car to the centre. The big supermarket is on the way to the centre.

If you are traveling by car and with young kids, this is the ideal place to stay! It‘s spacious, offers many activities for children, and you can easily drive to Chichén Itzá, the city centre and the cenotes. Great pick for young families!

“Comforable and original hotel in a small zoo”

The hotel is in the middle of a small zoo. We had breakfast with flamingos in sight. The pool is nice. The room was big with a hamock ! Great for families with kids !

What a fantastic stay! We stayed 4 days with my husband and 10 year old son and really enjoyed the place. We were able to go to the zoo everyday, did mini golf and even did a visit of the zoo at night! Staff were very nice and breakfast was included. The view from the terrace of the restaurant is great and you can hear the birds and see flamingos and fish! Beautiful setting with swimming and less than 10min drive to Valladolid. I would definitively recommend!

“A small oasis, perfect for our stay of 5 nights”

We loved the well cared for pool area which was beautifully lit in the evening. We got the iguana-styled room which made me extremely happy as they are one of my favorite animals! All over the area, there were real iguanas as well. The quality of the bed was very good, the size of the bed and room as well. Lots of room for your clothes and other things. The cloth rack in the room was very practical . Everything is very well organized and the staff was always there for us. Thank you! I think the whole place is perfect for families and you have so many options to visit the zoo, the cenotes, Valladolid centre and so on.... I was surprised that a very good breakfast was included in the price. Many parking lots in the shadow right next to the rooms. Very good wifi.

“Beautiful stay near the zoo”

Beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Valladolid. Complimentary tickets to the zoo next door (even though it's a bit run down). The room was spacious, and comes with a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge. The room was decorated like we were in a Safari! Very quiet and undisturbed. Reception was very helpful.

“Hidden gem”

Great hidden gem in an eco area with a little zoo in it!! Rooms are big and spacious. All very clean and staff are lovely!!! Place is super secure with great outdoor space. There’s a restaurant there that closes at 5pm. One day of the week it closes early, I think. We arrived and it was closing, but I had my two starving kids (and us too) and asked if they had anything, even if just bread and butter…they were soooo kind and brought us two delicious hot dishes; a lemon, chicken soup and some tortillas with all the fillings. So grateful, thank you!

The park and the Zoo are Great especially for Kids and to Bridge some time. As well the big rooms and the Pool are nice . A Perfect Location of you wanna visit not only the City Center of valladolid.

“Beautiful weekend in nature”

We loved our weekend at Villas Vallazoo. Beautiful grounds, room and pool. We ate several meals in the restaurant and all were delicious. All of the staff were very kind. It was so peaceful at night, and the fireflies were amazing! Our daughter (21 months) loved feeding the fish, turtles and birds, playing on the playgrounds, and just running around in nature.

Relaxed and quiet, very good value for money. Great base for cenotes. 40 mins from Chichén itza. Mini golf and free entry to the next door zoo a bonus. Nice pool. Good to have fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Short drive to Valladolid for supermarket etc

“Relaxing, nice zoo, hidden gem.”

Great combination of easy relaxed place to stay, zoo and grounds to walk around. Took a night tour around the zoo which was super interesting with the kids to see nocturnal animals Great size adjoining rooms perfect for a family Easy drive into Valladolid centre.

“Cheap”

It’s remote which can have its perks. There’s a pool for kids although water is cold. No problem with parking your vehicle. Free access to zoo in case you wish to make use of it.
