The staff were excellent, they helped in advance to book our onward taxi and helped to get us a taxi to Saytum cenote, which is well worth a visit. We left early for Chichen Itze and they packed us a takeaway breakfast, which was very kind and unexpected.

Beautiful oasis in the centre of Valladolid. The location could not be better - just on the main street with all the shops and restaurants, Lush garden and great pool, excellent breakfast and comfortable room. The staff was lovely. Free parking in the back of the building. Little kids corner with toys. Thank you Saastah for a perfect stay!

Location was perfect, in the main street of the town, full with nice restaurants and shops. Walking distance to all main attractions. And a private parking space at no charge.

Our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint, super comfy beds and pillows, great shower, fridge in room. Breakfast had changed since our last stay we had great coffee, cake/toast and jam, fresh fruit with granola and yogurt, large choice of scrambled eggs with beans and tomato sauce and the best watermelon juice it was all lovely. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very well located. Friendly staff. On the day it rained, impressed to find hotel umbrellas outside the door of our room. Very good Mexican breakfast.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful. Good a la carte breakfast. Good communication with the staff and free parking. Clean and spacious rooms. I recommend it.

Perfect location and very Nice rooms

The best possible location in Valladoid, on the best and most vibrant street and also+ a 10 min walk to the main square. The stuff were polite and welcoming. There is a private parking for ~6 cars. There was a big hamock in the room, which was very comfortable, but it obstruct the room (when unfolded). There were complementary water bottles. Nice breakfast. Everything looked clean. TIP: If possible request a room with a higher number (further from noise). We were in room 7, but probably room 10 is quieter.

“Cutie hotel on a great street”

This is an old school place that reminds me of an old Palm Springs motel. It has a bit of a mid century vibe, lovely greenery and an excellent breakfast. The staff is amazing. Ask for a back room, with more privacy and quiet. This is also a very clean hotel on the only nice street in town with their own parking. Shopping and restaurants are all on the same street. Shower is good. Air con is good. Their lobby shop has nice artesian made things that make great gifting.

This was one of those pleasant surprises we sometimes get on a trip. This hotel feels like an oasis amidst the chaos that can be some Mexican cities. Valladolid doesn't have much to offer, but this hotel is located on the city's main, if not only, tourist street, which is closed to cars at night and transforms into a pleasant promenade, full of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. It's truly charming. The hotel is very quiet; it's a family-run property that has been adapted to accommodate guests. Everything is very calm, quiet, and peaceful. The pool is a good size for the hotel, and there are few guests. It's excellent for a dip after a day of touring attractions like Chichen Itza, especially in the heat of this region. The room is nice, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is well-equipped, and you can tell they care about welcoming guests. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Firstly, as soon as you sit down at the table, the children's meals are served (juice, hotcakes, eggs, and bread). Then they take the adults' orders, and the standard breakfast includes a generous portion of fruit, yogurt, and granola, as well as an equally generous selection of hot dishes, including Mexican specialties and standard egg and omelet options. The food at this hotel is very good! I recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel’s location is truly outstanding—perfect for exploring the area and close to everything you might need. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice way to start the day.

Great location right in the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious and they made us one to take away when we had to leave before breakfast started. Pool was ideal to deal with the heat!
