Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with local suggestions for restaurants, arranged tours and helped us to arrange a taxi to get to the airport after looking at different options.

I just felt it had a good vibe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved how there was a kitchen that had everything you needed and had tea. Great swimming pool and I loved the common area. I could sit and have my coffee.

Great location next to Cenote Zaci and the municipal market but also quite and safe. Beautiful courtyard area which is perfect for relaxing with access to a shared kitchen and fridge. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help up. Thank you for a great stay.

The setting was beautiful and within easy walking distance to the main square. The Staff were helpful and informative. After a busy day we loved relaxing in the hammocks. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Valladolid was the highlight of our holiday. We felt we had an authentic experience. Everyone said hello all the time, it’s was very good value for money and the food was fab. Now that I’ve been inland and Tulum, I would plan more inland stays in the future. Valladolid had a heart and we loved it

The communal areas were really beautiful and it was really peaceful to relax and enjoy them during the day. The kitchen was a very useful facility too. Luis on the front desk was super helpful and happy to give all the recommendations we needed. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge!

Simply beautiful hotel with lovely welcoming friendly staff. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located near the Cenote, and easy walk into town. The kitchen & fridge are very useful too. The pool area is wonderful for cooling off. Loved enjoying the birds song and catching a glimpse of watching the iguana along the top of the wall.

“A bargain for a stay in central Valladolid.”

Perfectly located on the edge of town right by the Cenote. Street parking close by is plentiful. Our room was a little tired looking but it was clean and comfortable, for the price it's a bargain stay.
