Matthieu is a great host and amazing man. Listen to the recommendations. Thanks to Matthieu we saw some amazing places that we would probably never find ourselves :) The house is large enough to easily accommodate 2 couples or a family. Air condition units in every bedroom and large fans in the kitchen and dining area. The place is well cared for and as clean as it can be :) There is a pool and a beautiful garden for the guests. I can recommend this place to everyone. Don't hesitate, get in touch with Matthieu and I'm sure you won't regret it :)

It’s not enough to say that the house is beautiful and comfortable, it was just wonderful. The interior of the house was very nicely decorated and very clean. The patio with pool was so beautiful that it was hard to leave it, charming, wonderful garden, great place to rest. Everything was perfectly prepare for our arrival. Matthieu, our host, was very welcoming and helpful, always available in case of any need, we felt very taken care of.

Responsive and friendly host. Really great advice and recommendations. Private secure car park was also a bonus. Safe neighborhood, just not in the centre of Valladolid but no issues with a car or if you are willing to take a short taxi. Overall a pleasant private stay. Home was lovely!

The location is ina quiet area, plenty of parking upfront. Small shops around super easy access to Valladolid centre. The pool is great, the beds are very comfortable and the place as all you need. But the best about it are the hosts, super friendly and providing us with lots of good recommendations, restaurant shops and even a guide to visit Chichén Itzá. Privacy, quiteness, good facilities, large comfortable beds, swimming pool, nice nabourhood, a couple of good local restaurants in a close walking distance. Matthieu is a super nice host, very easy to communicate, he gave us a lot of usefull information.

This place was out of this world! From the amazing hosts, to the beautiful and well-kept house, everything was just perfect! It has all the amenities that you need, comfy bed, TV, air conditioning etc. The outdoor area it's so beautiful, peaceful and lovely pool to cool down (you will need it!) The hosts were so welcoming and nice, also very helpful and gave us loads of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat'

We had a wonderful stay here, our host met us at the property and showed us round giving us amazing local tips and insight. He really went above and beyond sending us information on his local recommendations and being really responsive to messages when we had questions. This house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still within walking distance to the centre. Great pool and very comfy beds!

The water of the swimming pool remains cool even under 32 C degrees outside. Lots of shade and nice plants with a hangmat to relax. The fans work so well that we didn’t turn airco’s on. Local restaurants and shops in a few mins walk. We took recommendations/tips in and outside Valladolit from Matthieu, who worked in tourist industry, all of which were of great value. Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice townhouse, in a safe neighborhood. There is a parking space on the premises. We loved the patio with the seatings, avocado trees and a very nice pool. In the nighttime very nice lighted. The bedrooms have mosquito nets. The owners are very kind and helpful.
