We stayed here for one night in April. Our room was huge, very clean, and there was a nice balcony and sitting area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is a little outside of the centre, it took us about 15 minutes to walk there, which didn't bother us. The pool looked lovely, but we didn't have a chance to use it!

Jesús on reception was really friendly and gave us some tips for where to eat in the evening. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with a lovely rainfall style shower. Nice outdoor seating area with views of the pools. Valladolid centre was only a 10-15 minute walk.

Huge comfortable rooms and huge bathrooms. Lovely hotel, very well curated. Great staff, especially David and his colleague at reception for their great tips and customer care. I also liked the fact I could communicate with them on WhatsApp and were very responsive ahead of our stay. Very quiet whilst a short walking distance from the city centre. Very safe also. And a short driving distance from the cenotes. It was great also to be able to enjoy the balcony for a chat/ drink outside our bedrooms in the evening. All This made our stay in Valladolid so enjoyable. Thank you!

Super staff, big rooms, central and easy walk so center. We stayed for two more night :)

This little hotel is a real gem ! Very nice peaceful location with beautiful lush gardens and two swimming pools. The staff were lovely and so helpful . A good breakfast served every morning on the terrace was overlooking the gardens . Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable . A good base to explore Valladolid and surrounding area . We visited Ek Balam -a fascinating ruined Mayan city and several underground cenotes .

“Pleasant and peaceful with friendly staff”

Really peaceful location - just what we needed. Not too far to walk into the centre, but so lovely and quiet at night. The staff were so helpful especially Daniel (i hope i have remembered that correctly) on the front desk. The room was so big, the bed was comfy and I liked the rocking chairs on the veranda.

It was perfectly located in a quiet spot but close to walk to the town centre very easily. It was well kept and a beautiful property to spend time in. Staff were excellent, Jésus was beyond helpful with everything and such a nice person to enter the property to all the time. Breakfast was delicious. Happy times.

Small local hotel, Very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the area was quiet. Great tv 😁. Very reasonable price for a 2 day travel base to see Vallodolid and Chitchen Itza.

I would especially highlight the staff, who took wonderful care of us and showed an amazing approach to their guests. The accommodation has two pools and feels very charming and welcoming. We slept extremely well here. The room is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need.

I booked a room with large bed and sofa bed as I was visiting with my son for one night . There was no bedding for the sofa bed and when we asked for a sheet they could only provide a blanket . Just a sheet would have been fine . Disapointed with this as it’s a minor detail but important

Lively boutique hotel

The parking spaces were there and the place is quite easy to find. The boutique hotel is not a big one thankfully. Staff is nice, especially Jesus.

Amazing pools and amazing shower. Room very spacious , very good AC. Staff very helpful in recommending things to do and see. (Ask about cenotes they know the best ones that are less touristy)

Everything was to like in this hotel: the staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us get settled but also contacting different service providers for our tours. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The decoration of the hotel was very pleasant and the swimming pool is amazingly beautiful! The location is perfect, barely 8 min walking from the heart of the city, allowing us an easy access but having the privilege of being on a quiet street to rest very well. They also proposed very interesting and affordable tours to visit Chichen Itza and different cenotes and have agreements for scooters renting (the store for it is 5 min walking and the staff is also super nice!). I highly recommend this hotel, many thanks to the amazing staff!
