The hotel is in perfect location in the heart of Valladolid. It's not very luxurious but definitely a good place to stay for seeing the city. The staff is super friendly and was very attentive.

“Great stay, would come back”
This was a great stay. The hotel staff was super helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was explained thouroughly at check-in and the idea of getting a time and pre-order for your breakfast the next day was very useful when you've got lots to do. When you arrive at the stated time you'll find your breakfast either waiting for you or arriving pretty quickly. The location was excellent, super near the main square and other attractions like the cenote (and an ice-cream parlour!). The room was big and clean. I haven't tried the swimming pool.

Very good location for visiting the sights. Near the hotel there are restaurants, canoes. Accommodation is recommended. Parking on the street near the hotel.

“Good hotel for a step to visit the surroundings”
The location was perfect to walk around the city and go to Chichen Itza. The car park 50 m away is a plus.

Very helpful personnel. Hot water in the kitchen - easy to make tea. Fantastic location. Reasonable selection of breakfast.

Small hotel with 10 rooms. The room facilities are basic, but they are adequate for sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
