Beautiful garden and cute pool area, attention to details - mosquito spray available throughout the hotel, we loved the food and authentic traditional hot chocolate. Great that they have a kids corner with toys, a huge plus, the hotel should advertise it! Also 4playground on the square right next to the hotel.

Fantastic location. Beautifully property that is artful and designed to provide everything you need simply but beautiful. Gorgeous pool area and delicious breakfast. An amazing trip to their own private Cenotes - do not miss that!

Wonderful property and wonderful host. Food excellent & very relaxing environment. Great pool and bar service, delicious cocktails. Great for kids, they loved the hammock in the room. I would stay here again next time we are in Valladolid.

We loved everything . The hotel was beautiful . Maria and Gabriel and the staff were so king and helped us with everything . We fell in love with the stunning hand made hammocks and purchased one ! Not the plan but very happy .

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very welcoming, especially as we were travelling with a baby. This felt like a very tastefully luxurious to stay and suited us perfectly.

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and very helpful, including good advice on a very quiet Cenote! Very peaceful. Rooms very tastefully decorated, well equipped. Pool very relaxing.

Loved the courtyard style. Breakfast in the courtyard. Great menu and selection. Honesty bar was a lovely touch. Maria and Gabriel were both so helpful. The private tour to Ek Balam and the cenote were absolutely outstanding of this world. The cenote is incredible. Definitely book it! Santiago and the team at the cenote were amazing. Jose, Freddie,Darwin. The location, setting, lunch - just exquisite. Words just can’t explain how magical the cenote is. We loved our stay at Hotel Posada San Juan and would not hesitate rebooking. Valladolid is really interesting town. The guacamole at the hotel bar is really tasty and you can book some mezcal tasting and I love the snippets of history adorning the walls. Such a homely place.

“The only place we would stay in Valladolid!”

Lovely little hotel in the centre of town, so walkable to everything. Restaurant, bar and pool area were all great and the room was very large with an indoor/outdoor shower room. Despite being in town we had no traffic noise in our room. Their tours were amazing, especially their private Cenote and Ek Balam, the Mayan city, with a retired archeologist as our guide. Amazing.
