Amazing location right by Valladolid main square. The restaurant in the hotel was very beautiful and offered delicious local food.

Fantastic location in the central square! Historic Church with Video display, Restaurants, shops, Cafes, Ice cream parlours, Taxi rank and Local and Regional Bus stops. Plenty of parking, managed by attendants. Reception staff knowledgeable and efficient. Room well decorated with Tea/Coffee making facility which was most welcome in Mexico. Swimming Pool was very inviting, clean and not crowded. Restaurant at Meson is exceptional with a wide variety of cuisine. Food and Drinks offer value for money. Breakfast was sumptuous- typical Mexican. The staff are well trained, courteous and communicate in English.

The location was right in the middle of everything. A great location. Absolutely loved the speak easy bar. Good grasshopper snack! We loved the old Spanish feel to the hotel.

The environment is very nice and the breakfast area.

It was a great hotel with an excellent restaurant, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The amenities were very good overall, although the beds and pillows were on the firmer side. That said, when we requested softer pillows, they were provided immediately, which we really appreciated. The team was also very helpful in arranging a taxi to our next destination, making the process completely smooth and stress-free. The main restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast and offers delicious local and Mexican dishes in the evening as well.

The property’s old-world charm was magical: the beautiful courtyard, the rooftop, and you can catch glimpses of the cathedral in the main square from each open, monastery-like floor. During the day we'd go out and explore the cenotes, chichen itza and the other sites, and in the afternoon we'd walk right out of the hotel and explore the town and its many bars and restaurants! We also had dinner there once which was perfect - a highlight being the guacamole made right at the table for you, the best we had on our entire trip to Mexico! Lovely staff, everyone was so welcoming and gracious and hard working!

Lobby is charming and traditional as we hoped. The gem in this hotel, is the beautiful dining room, the food is lovely, the location of the hotel is very central to everything.

It’s extremely central, location is great and having secure parking really worked well. On arrival staff were very friendly and helpful, my husband also wasn’t feeling very well on arrival and they allowed us to check in early. We arrived to a lovely gift of a bottle of a wine as we were on our honeymoon. Air con system was great it was so quiet and maintained temperature
