“A charming colonial hotel with a great location and genuinely impressive customer service when thing”
The hotel has a charming colonial character — the lush, lively atrium is genuinely lovely, the pool is a nice amenity, and the rooms are enormous. The location is excellent, with the town centre easily walkable. When we raised a concern about our initial room, the staff handled it exceptionally well: they offered a breakfast voucher, showed us alternative rooms, and even offered a full refund — a textbook example of good hospitality.

“Great stay, highly recommended if you're looking for a decent stay without any extras.”
Location was great, a short walk to the city centre as well as to the wonderful Zaci cenote. Large clean rooms, with nice beds and AC. Free parking on the property.

“A solid option in Valladolid”
A solid option if you visit Valladolid. The rooms are bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very well decorated with the colonial details. Very close to the central square.

Great location and the courtyard was a calm, shady retreat from the bustling centre and heat! The room was spacious and had all the basics we needed. It is a short walk to town and to the more trendy part of town. Valladolid was a great pitstop on our way to Chichen Itza.

Very nice people and a very nice patio. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We did love the esthetic decoration which is a great signature.
