Great location right next to the ADO station, good walking distance to everything, staff were wonderful outdoor spaces were great and the pool was lovely to cool off in the afternoon.

Great location, 3 minute walk from main bus terminal and 5 minutes from main plaza and lovely Paseo Los Frailes. My room & bathroom were spotless and compact. The staff were in the reception anytime I passed by and they were eager to offer suggestions and help. It was because of Fernando's suggestion that I went to the best cenote of my whole trip. I also like the pool - small and cold, perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoon. The common space has a coffee maker and kettle, and shared fridge, making snacks and breakfast easy. Drinking water also provided.

Great experience, the staff is very nice and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and spotless. Instant coffee / coffee pot in the kitchen with a fridge + parking spot it's perfect. & Just a few steps from all the places to see in Valladolid !

Location was perfect for ADO bus terminal and Colectivo vans to Chichen Itza. Shared kitchen/ dining area with kettle, fridge and microwave great. Book swap availability. Shared balcony and area around a little pool. Quiet.

Great hotel, ideally located not far from the centre, yet further apart. Parking available. Very nice host Fernando helping us with our queries and making recommandations. No breakfast available but a shared kitchen which is nice. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very central, close to the city centre, the bus station and the collective station to Chichén Itzá, stores and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

The staff were helpful with directions, and they made us feel welcome. Fridge and coffee maker, also microwave, plates, utensils. Pool was clean and not too cold. Very quiet at night. Close to ADO bus station, restaurants and zocalo.

Excellent location within walking distance from the bus station and the city centre. I got a quiet room in the back and enjoyed a good sleep. The room was very spacious and it would have been easy to share. The hotel staff helped in organising a round trip with a taxi to see some cenotes and ruins, which was great. Mini markets were nearby and everything was safe to explore on foot, even after dark. Would love to come again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Rosario. When we arrived we were greeted by two lovely ladies at the front desk who gave us a few recommendations on where to go for lunch. The owner was also very friendly and suggested us a great place to have tacos around the corner from the hotel for dinner and then he waited for us to return at night before closing the front door. Nothing was a problem for him. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very central and just a few minutes walk from Calzada de los Frailes. The room was spotless as well as the shared kitchen where you can make yourself your own coffee or breakfast. It has a locked parking space which we truly appreciated. It's a great value for money and I definitely recommend it to everyone visiting beautiful Valladolid.

The staff and the fact that the property has a common room where I can use to eat or store some groceries in the fridge.
