Give an award and a raise to the young man who performed our check-in! He was more than happy to give as many details as possible, all in French (despite we could use both Spanish or English languages).

“Lovely house”

Beautiful house with a lovely garden and a pool that’s deep enough to properly enjoy. The room is clean and spacious. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen available for guests. Great attention to detail, the room is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to hang clothes and towels and to store your belongings (which is not always the case). Very friendly staff. We felt at home. Easy and safe parking available at the property.

Had a really nice stay here! The staff were super friendly and the rooms were great - probably the biggest bed we’ve ever stayed in! It’s a small walk out of the centre but nothing too far, especially since taxis are so cheap.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The hotel is a little far from the city center (around 20–25 minutes away), and we were advised not to walk there after 22:30, when the shops are closed and the streets are quieter. However, this was not an issue at all if you have a car or take a taxi. On the plus side, being outside the center made the area much quieter.

Clean room, comfortable bed, really nice bathroom, great staff. There is also a kitchen you can use. It’s a little far from the centre (15 to 20 minute walk) but taxis are easy to find and cheap (50 pesos) so it wasn’t a problem

“Nice stay in beautiful Valladolid”

We only stayed in Casa Xaan for one night. We very much appreciated the fenced parking area. It is doable to walk to the city center. Also a big thank you to our host who gave us a lot of good recommendations to explore Valladolid. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend visiting during the Hanal Pixan festivities. Don't forget to go to the lightshows in the evening. Also a good starting point to visit the Chichen Itza.

The room was everything we needed for a one night stay: very clean, spacious enough for two people. The reception staff were so helpful and kind! The hotel is in great location close to the city centre. The secure parking was perfect.

Beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Easy parking on the property of the hotel. All great things. But best of all was the staff. Always happy to help with advice, tips, anything... Somebody was available at any time of day. Even when we left for a day trip at 5:00 am. Could not recommend it more. ❤️

“Very comfortable stay with friendliest staff”

Lovely personal service. Mario was very hospitable! It’s in small things that you notice the high level of service and friendliness: for example when we left a package of cookies half open in our room, we found it wrapped in foil to keep it fresh when they had made our room.

The staff was really helpful and the place was comfy with a nice backyard and parking inside the property. The cleaning service was outstanding. Everyday everything was sparkling clean when we were back.

Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Cleaned every day plus free water! Pool is a plus to relax in the afternoon. Reception manager Mario was extremely welcoming and always happy to help. He gave us many suggestions the day we arrived including tips for restaurants and tours in the area.

Checkin very smooth, we could check in earlier. Host very friendly and gave a lot of good recommendations. About a 20min walk to the centrum, but we didn’t mind it. Beautiful large room, nicely decorated too. We were alone in the property most of the time, very nice to relax in the large garden. Safe parking inside the gate.
