“Charged me twice and refuse to give my money back!!”

The hotel charged twice for my stay and they refuse to give me the money back. During our stay they always said they need to talk to the manager first, but they promised me that we get the money back. After we left we were in contact on whatsapp, but after a while they just ignored me. They read my messages, but no respond anymore and they are not picking up the phone as well!!!

Amazing place

We really loved this place, quiet and peaceful with a colourful cute garden (with a little plunge pool) where we could take a break from the noise of the city. They have a microwave and coffee machine and lovely dining area.

Location is great, next to the center. Our room was clean and in general quite ok. There is a big common kitchen which is very useful.

Ideally located - a short distance from the centre. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. We had a nice small cosy swimming pool outside as well. Staff were kind and helpful.

“Good location as start basis to visit cenotes and Chichen itza”

It was very hot in Valladolid so we really appreciated the airconditioning in the room. We had the standard room, located just on the corridor in front of the reception. That was a bit funny because if you opened the door, you could see the bed. The room does not have any windows but that was mentioned in the room description. For the rest, the room is basic but sufficient for our stay there. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a common kitchen we made use of to have our breakfast in the morning. There is also a fridge the guests can use which is very nice. Tea, coffee and drinking water is free available for the guests, which is nice.

“Gorgeous little boutique gem in Valladolid.”

Everything! This little gem of a hotel was absolutely stunning. Our room was incredible, the plunge pool was just outside, the garden was beautiful and the shared kitchen a brilliant bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot recommend Casa Hipil enough! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and it is close to the central square and food places.

Beautiful place to stay, great location in fabulous Valladolid - quiet but close to the centre, lovely dipping pool and able to swim in Hotel Aurora too…very friendly staff, good facilities and close to lots of nice restaurants.

Beautiful stay with an ideal location from the centre of Valladolid. Room view on the garden was beautiful. Clean, welcoming host and a nice pool.
