The staff will give you directions Only 15 minutes (120-150 pesos) by taxi from the Maya Train station. Cenotes in and just outside the historic town center. Shared mini van transportation to Chichen-Itza (50 pesos)

Quietish location on a side road.24 hour staff. Bikes. Kitchen had four gas hobs,microwave,kettle and toaster. Drying line upstairs. The dorm was unusual: it is split in to two small rooms with the bathroom off the upper one which also has the air con and high windows. The lower room has frosted windows that open on to a partly open area. Private rooms looked really good.Comfy seats.

Very cute hostel in a quit side street, only 7 min walk from the center. We stayed in the upstairs double bedroom with balcony, the room was great - comfortable bed, beautiful terrace. The shower, although being a bit old was perfectly clean with great water pressure and hot water. The breakfast and the shared areas are really nice as well. A great value for money.

The location is great and the communal areas (both inside and on the terraces) are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a blender and a coffee machine.

Emilio was friendly and shared Mexican culture, always attentive and great to chat with. The location is near the city center yet quiet, with a kitchen for cooking and even having bikes for rental. It’s good to travel with bike and easy to reach some cenotes.

“Homely and traditional family run hostel”

Lovely hosts who were very welcoming, very friendly and helpful - some really good tips. A cute room, which was comfy, cool in the heat, great balcony looking over the pretty church yard, and traditional style. Best shower we had on our trip so far. Lovely bright covered balcony outside the room. Fresh water always available. Very authentic hostel, in a quieter part of town, not too far from the main square and which felt like home.

Firstly, Emilio was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He assisted many times with questions and information saving me lots of time and pesos! He speaks very good English and was very encouraging when I tried to speak to him in Spanish. Nothing was too much trouble. Room is a good size, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of tea, coffee and water. Hostal is about 10 mins walk into the main square. They also have bikes you can use. 2 v good taco/tocas stands on the corner of where the hostal is. Laundry round the corner. It’s a quiet place , which was perfect for me.

Friendly staff. helpful for local advice, and organising tours to nearby sites.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and was cleaned everyday. There was a good kitchen area, and lots of places to chill out relax. It was walking distance to the centre of Valladolid.

Nice room with aircon and a fan. The room had 2 windows so we had enough light. Bathroom is pretty big. Wardrobe can be locked. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good and they even provided some breakfast for when we had to wake up early to go to the archeological sites. They gave us good tips about the city, what to do and where to go. It's a 20 min walk from the ADO bus station.

Good location, it is clean although old so shower, taps, floors etc could use a deep clean. It was very quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi wasn't great on the second floor where our room was but I think it did on the main floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We only had one breakfast, pancakes and they were very good.

Nice location away from hustle and bustle. Good comfy bed and nice quiet hostel with a very chilled vibe. Helpful staff too and breakfast was delicious, they also cooked it early for us as we were going early to cenotes!
