“AC not working on a 38C temp. What else you need to know, Ah, no water to take a shower. Nice job...”
the breakefast is not included, and it was OK, no refill coffe, that is a NO, NO, sorry.

“TERRIBLE”

What a beautiful and peaceful place just 10min dribeoutside of bustling Valladolid and close to Mayan sites and cenotes. We felt like princes and princesses staying in the castle like Hacienda and enjoyed the serenity of that place.

“Exceptional stay at a historic hacienda”
Exceptional stay at Hacienda Kaan Ac. What a dream to be waking up to exotic birds singing. The Hacienda breathes history. The room was really big, and the mattress so comfortable. The staff is so kind! It was nice to walk to the restaurant for breakfast, and walk around the gardens and the house. Mega plus: we got to hang out on the roof of the hacienda and look at the stars!

“Nice and quiet stay but expensive”
It was lovely to be on a hacienda a short drive from Valladolid. The staff were exceptional, so very kind and helpful. The villas were comfortable and the children enjoyed the pool. The food at the restaurant was limited but very tasty.

“Disappointing”
The hacienda is located in a park with beautiful old trees but you can hear the highway. There is a small (for max. 5 people) but nice and clean swimming pool. The rooms were clean.

absolutely stunninging location and big villa/room to live ,small houses situated in a large park near a beautifully restored Hacienda ,really worth the money,15 mins from city centre
